This is a universal cooler that is compatible with a large number of devices, including GeForce GTX 1080 Ti and Radeon R9 390x, R9 Fury. Its name is Morpheus II. According to buyer reviews, the RAIJINTEK Morpheus II Heatpipe VGA Kühler [0R100006] is much expensive (considering that you still must to buy fans for it), but not so efficient as liquid cooling systems. However, in some cases, the RAIJINTEK Morpheus II Heatpipe VGA Kühler may become a lifesaver when the stock fan of a video card fails, and it also shows better results – several degrees Celsius lower than the native cooling systems of video cards.

Buyers in their reviews note a simple installation of the radiator and its relatively high efficiency (they managed to achieve a reduction in 15-20 degrees on the Radeon R9 290 video card), a large number of supported cards.
As disadvanatges of the heatsink, users noted a high price, insufficient cooling of the VRM, inconvenient mounting brackets for fans and large size (it takes 4 slots).
Of course, for effective cooling only one RAIJINTEK Morpheus II Heatpipe VGA Kühler will not be enough, additional fans are required.

I’m not the most hardware modification proficient person, but there are many guides out there that can help get you started even if they aren’t for the exact card you are looking to put this on.
I bought some paste and extra mini heatsinks based on the advice seen in a relevant video for a Fury, but actually used this on an RX Vega 64. I’ve been running the card for a few weeks now with no issues. Average temps during gaming are down from 75C+ to low 50C and the dual fans I installed (generic Rosewill) are pretty quiet and under 2500rpm at all times.
If you’re willing to take the time to learn and are careful with the installation, I think it’s one of the cheapest and best ways to get your cards cooler and quieter, particularly for peak usage.

For systems with one powerful graphics card, it can be effective, but only after adding components to the VRM cooling system. As a result, after refinement and the addition of coolers, the price becomes inadequate for air-cooled systems.
Efficiency at an average level: on the Zotac 1070 AMP extreme it was possible to achieve a difference of 4 degrees compared to a boxed cooling system. To be honest, there is no point in RAIJINTEK Morpheus II Heatpipe VGA Kühler. For comparison, when using water cooling based on EK Water Blocks components (including the video card water block in the processor cooling circuit, in serviced Water cooling systems), it was possible to get a difference of 21-30 degrees! Feel the difference? 4 and 21-30 degrees! And the noise level in Water cooling systems is much lower.
Verdict: you can use it if there is no liquid cooling system and there is only one video card with weak cooling from the factory. But on the top-end GTX 1070 or 1080 video card usually pre-installed good air cooling systems, what will be enough, and if you would like to change cooler, then only the only option is the water cooling system!
