GIGABYTE GeForce RTX2060 OC Rev. 2 6GB – an entry-level graphics card for a resolution of 2560 x 1440. With this resolution, not all games will play even at high settings, but in FullHD the card shows itself perfectly. In idle time, until the video card warms up to 46 degrees, the fans do not start. Gigabyte itself is positioning its device as a “golden mean” between the flagships and simpler modifications. Modification 2.0 differs in the location of the ports and the design of the radiator of the cooling system. The graphics card is made for ordinary people – a minimum of pathos, a minimum of overpayment, and only one glowing inscription with a custom glow. The circuit board itself has original design and Ultra Durable VGA element base. It consists of solid and tantalum-polymer capacitors, as well as chokes with a ferrite core.

Cooling
WINDFORCE 2X COOLING SYSTEM
WINDFORCE 2X cooling system features 2x 90mm unique blade fans, alternate spinning fan, 2 composite copper heat pipes direct touch GPU and 3D active fan functionality, together delivering an effective heat dissipation capacity for higher performance at lower temperatures.
ALTERNATE SPINNING
The GIGABYTE patent “Alternate Spinning” is the only solution that can solve the turbulent airflow of adjacent fans. Since the adjacent fans rotate in the same direction, the airflow direction is opposite between the fans, which will cause turbulent airflow and reduce heat dissipation efficiency. GIGABYTE turns the adjacent fans in the opposite direction, so that the airflow direction between the two fans is the same, reducing the turbulence and enhancing the airflow pressure.
UNIQUE BLADE FAN
The airflow is spilt by the triangular fan edge, and guided smoothly through the 3D stripe curve on the fan surface, effectively enhancing the airflow.
3D ACTIVE FAN
The 3D Active Fan provides semi-passive cooling, and the fans will remain off when the GPU is in a low load or low power game. It allows gamers to enjoy gameplay in complete silence when the system is running light or idle.
HEAT PIPES DIRECT TOUCH
The shape of the pure copper heat pipes maximize the direct contact area with the GPU, enhancing heat transfer. The heat pipes also cover the VRAM through a large metal plate contact to ensure proper cooling.
COMPOSITE HEAT-PIPE
The composite heat-pipe combines thermal conductivity and phase transition to efficiently manage the heat transfer between two solid interfaces which increases cooling capacity.
BUILT STRONG AND OVERCLOCKING
EXTREME DURABILITY AND OVERCLOCKING
The graphics card uses the 4+2 power phase design to allow the MOSFET to operate at lower temperature, and over-temperature protection design and load balancing for each MOSFET, plus the Ultra Durable certified chokes and capacitors, to provide excellent performance and longer system life.
PROTECTION BACK PLATE
The back plate not only provides an aesthetical shape, but also enhances the structure of the graphics card to provide complete protection.
IN TOTAL COMMAND
The actual software UI and functionalities depend on each device model.
AORUS ENGINE
The cutting edge intuitive interface allows you to adjust the clock speed, voltage, fan performance and power target in real-time according to your game’s requirements.
Testing and comparison with other graphic cards
RTX 2060 performance in 21 games [Medium FPS] FHD 1080p Ultra graphics settings. The following cards took part in testing: GeForce GTX 1070 Ti, Radeon RX Vega 56, GeForce GTX 1070, Radeon RX 590, Radeon RX 580, GeForce GTX 1060.
Customer Reviews
Buyers were satisfied with the graphics card design, performance and overclocking capability. The card allows you to play in the resolution of ULTRA HD at medium-high settings. Performance corresponds to the level of the flagships of the past generation. It is powered by a single 8-pin.
Compared to a similar competitor card, the Radeon RX590: 2060 is very quiet, with equal loads, the RX590 makes a noise like a multi-cyclone vacuum cleaner, 2060 more powerful by 35-40 percent. Where the rx590 was overloaded, 2060 graphics card handles without straining.
As drawbacks, it was noted that the backplate base is non-metallic. Also, some buyers had complaints about the appearance of the graphics card – it looks quite simple, it does not have fancy radiators and fashionable lighting. DVI-D is missing, so owners of monitors with a digital video interface will have to use a video card with an adapter. Someone from the buyers paid attention to the knock noise of the cooler under high loads.
Conclusions: A video card with a serious factory overclocking and very quiet even at high loads. Excellent replacement for the GTX 1060.
Love it but noisy

Style: RTX2060
This was a massive upgrade to me 1050ti. I’m currently running on a 1080p monitor and obviously every game on that has extremely high FPS at 1080p with setting cranked up to high/ultra. Fan noise leaves a little to be desired in-game. It is certainly noisier than my 1050ti was, but I expected as much. All in all I’m loving it. I will say the GeForce Experience software did not initially work with the new card. I had to uninstall GeForce Experience, manually download the driver for it and install that. Then install the experience software before it recognized the card.Edit: dropping a star because of noise. It’s quite annoying in game, quiet in Windows / during non-intensive parts like menus.
Customer feedback from Amazon, which was generally satisfied with the graphics card, but he was not satisfied with the noise during the games and difficult tasks.

Model: RTX2060
I upgraded from 1050ti and I can see the huge jump in FPS. It’s running quite hot though but that’s to be expected to an 8-pin OC card. Gaming around 60-75 degrees which is quite decent. 30-35 whilst idle. The card is quite heavy and I’m afraid that it might sag in the future so I might get an anti-sagging bracket soon. I had troubles controlling the fan at first so I tried using AORUS engine. It did the job but the software is quite slow and I prefer afterburner. The fan cannot be controlled by the official release so I get the beta version and that solved my problem here.
Currently, trying to game at least 2 hours a day just to see if I will see any problem. Overall, I’m really satisfied by the product.
Customer review from Amazon.com. Customer was generally satisfied with the graphics card, but noted a number of drawbacks: high operating temperatures and -sagging of the video card, the motherboard under it.
