ASUS is the world’s largest and most famous motherboard brand. Products known for their thoughtful, user-oriented design and understand the importance of security, stability and ease of management for the buyer’s business. The latest line of business motherboards from Asus (to which the relevant ASUS PRIME B360M-C 90MB0W80-M0EAYM model belongs) provides advanced features to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, including comprehensive system protection, stability and reliability in 24/7 mode , as well as an improved management pack to simplify configuration. Combined with Asus’s world-class after-sales service and guaranteed long-term availability to maximize customer investment throughout the product’s life cycle, ASUS motherboards provide a high-quality, TCO-optimized solution for any business needs.
The design of the motherboard ASUS PRIME B360M-C [90MB0W80-M0EAYM] is plain – the traditional green PCB with the absence of any fancy elements is used, all its ports and connectors are painted black and gray. Comes in a standard cardboard box, also decorated in a fairly simple style.
The cooling system of the board consists of a single aluminum radiator, which diffuse heat from the Intel B360 chipset. The possibilities for organizing cooling inside the system case of ASUS PRIME B360M-C are represented with three 4-pin connectors. The tests showed fairly high temperature readings of field-effect transistors and chokes, so you should not forget about good air circulation inside the system case, and in some times you may need to connect to the additional cooling fans.

Customer reviews, advantages and disadvantages
Buyers were pleased with the increased reliability of the motherboard and moisture protection, a good set of ports on the interface panel for development purposes. A large role in purchase for the company is played 24/7 work support and a number of other useful proprietary technologies and utilities, for example, the LPC for quickly diagnosing faults.
The disadvantages that buyers noted in their reviews is the lack of a heatsink on the elements of the power subsystem and the presence of only two connectors for body cooling.
Here are some other advantages of the board, which were noted in PC Magazines reviews and user reviews:
- use design ASUS Shield;
- support interfaces COM, LPT, PCI;
- the presence of four DIMM-slots for a convenient increase in the amount of RAM;
- good disk subsystem capabilities;
- Intel gigabit LAN controller;
5.0 out of 5 stars Very nice little board

Very nice little board, excellent for business or “non-gaming” PC
So far so good. I’m using this board to build a new PC for my business. Uses will be Office programs, some graphics, several scientific type modeling programs, accounting software, etc. Typically all running at the same time. No gaming.
Likes: Tiny board, well laid out, clear markings, works well. Lots of nice features for durability and reliability. Reasonably priced, and extended time support for the board. I may buy a second board to upgrade another one of my staff’s PCs. I’d like to fiddle with some of the features like the ability to make custom BIOS boot graphics, I’d love my company logo on the boot screen. Ability is there, I haven’t tried it yet. Also ability to monitor the PCs and BIOS of every computer in your business, that seems like a cool feature, I’ll also try that out.
Dislikes: Tiny board, if you’re not accustomed to mATX it is small, that is a plus and a minus. The little printed manual is just plain awful. I had to scan a QR code in the manual to see the pinouts for the Front Panel/case headers, like “Reset” “HD light” “Power” etc. (“Scan the QR code to get the detailed pin definitions.”) I’m not sure why they couldn’t have printed at least the F_Panel information in the manual. Also, the MB only has two Case Fan headers.
Comment: It uses that “old skool” VGA looking BIOS screen. This is UEFI, but it looks like the old timey BIOS with VGA graphics and text. Seems pretty good tho, has individual controls for each Case Fan, and updating the BIOS was simple using it and the BIOS on a USB drive. The graphics style is not really a plus or a minus, I’m just pointing it out.
